第四课时(Day 7)
教学目标 1.能读懂邀请函，并回答相关问题；能了解邀请函的格式和书写要点，写简单的邀请函，并对收到的邀请函做出书面回应；复习、巩固一般将来时的用法。（语言能力） 2.能通过学习语言知识，加强与他人友好相处、珍惜友谊的意识。 （文化意识） 3.能识别、提炼邀请函的关键信息，对邀请函做回应。（思维品质） 4.能积极参与课堂活动，与他人合作学习。（学习能力）
教学重点 能了解邀请函的格式，能读懂邀请函，并完成相应练习。
教学难点 能用英语书写简单的邀请函，并回复别人的邀请。
教学过程 设计意图
Step 1 Warm up&Lead in 运用chant，活跃课堂气氛。 引入文本语境，通过提问，让学生先预测本课Mike所收invitation的来源和主题，为接下来的课程内容作铺垫。
Warm up 1.Greetings 2.Let's chant 教师播放chant的动画视频，请学生看视频欣赏。然后再次播放视频，请学生跟唱。 T: Let's watch a video and enjoy the chant. T: OK! What’s the chant about Ss: Party! T: Yes. It’s about a party. Now, please chant after the video. Lead in 教师引入文本语境，利用PPT演示Mike收到邀请函的动画，帮助学生理解invitation的含义。然后让学生猜猜Mike收到了谁的邀请函，是什么邀请函？ T: Mike is going to leave from the primary school. One day, he received a surprise. He got an invitation. Can you guess the meaning of the word “invitation” S1: ... T: It means “邀请函”. Please pay attention to the pronunciation. in-vi-ta-tion, invitation. Read after me, invitation, invitation ... Ss: ... T: Good! Mike got an invitation. Who is the invitation from S2: ... T: What is the invitation about Let’s have a look!
Step 2 Presentation&Practice 学生听音完成选择题，整体感知文本，了解文本大意。然后通过问题引导学生仔细阅读，获得更多文本细节，培养学生的阅读策略。 请学生观察并分析邀请函及其回复的组成部分，尝试根据教材提供的框架写回信，提高学生的综合语用能力。
Presentation&Practice Day 7 Mike’s surprise 1.Pre-reading 教师提问：Mike’s school sent him an invitation. What’s the invitation about 播放邀请函文本的音频，请学生听音完成选择题： What’s the invitation about A. A birthday party. C. A meeting. B. A farewell party. 随后核对答案，并教学生词farewell，帮助学生理解farewell party 的意思。 2.While-reading （1）教师请学生阅读邀请函文本，然后回答问题： 1. Who will have a farewell party 2. When will they have the party 3. Where will they have the party 4. What are they going to do at the party 请四名学生分别回答四个问题。 （2）教师带学生阅读邀请函文本，同时划出答题关键信息。 （3）教师请学生根据邀请函内容填空，完成表格。随后核对答案。 （4）教师播放Day 7练习部分的音频，请学生听录音打勾。随后核 对答案。 （5）PPT出示听力文本，教师带学生阅读。然后请学生听录音跟读。 （此版块可变换形式：全体男生和女生进行角色扮演） （6）教师播放邀请函文本的音频，请学生听录音跟读。 3. Post-reading （1）教师引导学生观察教材中的邀请函及回复信件，在小组内讨论 邀请函及其回复由哪些部分组成。 T: What elements are there in a reply or an invitation What information do we need to reply Please discuss in groups. T: OK! Who can share your answers 教师总结学生的讨论结果。 （2）教师指导学生根据教材中提供的回复框架，以Mike的身份写 一封回信，并选出一部分优秀回复在班级内展示。
Step 3 Consolidation&Extension 通过自定话题设计邀请函，提高学生的合作学习能力和综合语用能力。
Group work 学生以小组为单位自定一个话题设计邀请函，如Birthday Party，New Year’s Party，Children’s Day party等，教师收集学生设计的邀请函并 选取优秀作品，贴在班级墙报上作展示。 T: Group work. Choose a topic and hold a party. You can hold a birthday party, a New Year’s party, a Children’s Day party, or any other party you want to hold. Please design your own invitation. Then share your design. I will select some outstanding works to show on the wall.
Step 4 Summary&Homework
1.小结: 师生共同口头总结。 2.作业。 1. Review the language points. 2. Try to arrange a party and design the invitation.

教学 反思 本课围绕邀请函这一话题展开，以此复习一般将来时。邀请函的内容十分贴近学生的实际生活，因此学生比较乐意阅读。教学时，我先让学生听音完成选择题，整体感知文本，了解文本大意。然后通过问题引导学生仔细阅读，获得更多文本细节，旨在培养学生的阅读策略。然而对于学生而言，邀请函的书写不仅仅是格式的练习，更重要的是对学生组织能力的一种提升。部分学生在组织活动方面还是存在考虑不周的问题。后续学习中，我要多创造机会，锻炼学生的组织能力。
