第二课时(A . Let’s learn ＆ Let’s do)
教学目标 1. 能听、说、认读词汇breakfast，lunch，dinner，music class，PE class， English class；能运用句型“—What time is it —It’s ... It’s time for ...”作简单问答。（语言能力） 2. 了解地球上不同时区在同一时刻的时间是不同的。（文化意识） 3. 培养学生的听、说、读、写能力，提高学生的综合语言运用能力。（思维品质） 4. 学生能大胆开口说英语，积极参与小组合作。（学习能力）
教学重点 会拼读并掌握本课学习的六个单词和词组。
教学难点 能在实际情景中灵活运用句型“—What time is it —It’s… It’s time for…”。
教学过程 设计意图
Step 1 Warm-up&Lead in 复习旧知，为新知呈现做准备。
Greetings Revision 教师和学生一起玩Wolf game，学生扮演Wolf，教师询问时间，学生根据课件随机出现的钟表盘上的时间进行回答。示例如下： T: What’s the time, Mr Wolf Ss: It’s ... o’clock.
Step 2 Presentation&Practice 结合句子练说，做到词不离句、句不离境。多种单词操练形式，巩固发音。 训练学生的模仿、跟读能力，形成学习策略和能力。 巩固教学重点，把课堂还给学生，实现玩中学、学中乐。
Presentation.（单词、短语学习） Let’s learn 1. 课件出示Let’s learn部分的图片，引入单词教学。 T: Who are they Ss: They’re Zhang Peng and John. T: Are they talking about time Ss: Yes. T: Look at the pictures. It’s a timetable of... Ss: John. T: You’re right. 2. 根据John的一天学习新词汇breakfast，lunch，dinner，music class， PE class和English class。 （1）教学新单词breakfast。 T: (利用课件动画圈出John吃早餐的图片)What time is it Ss: It’s 8 o’clock. 教师领读o’clock，并教授学生o’clock表示整点。 T: It’s time for... Ss: Breakfast. 教师板书单词breakfast并播放录音，学生跟读。随后以高低声读单词的方式操练该单词。 T: What would you like for breakfast Ss: Eggs, noodles... 教师带领学生一起做动作并教读句子：It’s time for breakfast. Let’s drink some milk. （2）教学新短语English class。 T: (利用课件动画圈出John上英语课的图片)What time is it Ss: It’s 9 o’clock. T: What class do they have Ss: English class. 教师板书English class，先带读English，再带读class，最后再带读English class。运用“开火车”的方式操练该短语。 教师带领学生一起做动作并教读句子：It’s time for English class. Let’s read and write. （3）教学新单词lunch。 T: (利用课件动画圈出John吃午餐的图片)Look! What time is it now Ss: It’s 12 o’clock. T: Is John having breakfast now Ss: No, he isn’t. T: So it’s time for... Ss: Lunch. 教师板书并教读单词lunch，随后以指名读、男女生读等方式操练该单词。 T: What would you like for lunch Ss: Beef, rice... 教师带领学生一起做动作并教读句子：It’s time for lunch. Let’s have some chicken. （4）教学新短语music class。 T: (利用课件动画圈出John上音乐课的图片)Look! What time is it now Ss: It’s 2 o’clock. T: What class do they have What do they do Ss: They sing a song in a music class. 教师板书music class，先带读music，再带读class，最后再带读music class。运用分小组读的方式操练该短语。 T: What can we do in music class Ss: We can sing and dance. 教师带领学生一起做动作并教读句子：It’s time for music class. Let’s sing and dance. （5）教学新短语PE class。 T: (利用课件动画圈出John上体育课的图片)What time is it Ss: It’s 3 o’clock. T: What class do they have Ss: PE class. 教师板书PE class，播放录音，学生跟读。 T: What can we do in PE class Ss: We can jump, run... 教师带领学生一起做动作并教读句子：It’s time for PE class. Let’s jump and run. （6）教学新单词dinner。 T: (利用课件动画圈出John吃晚餐的图片)Look! What time is it now Ss: It’s 6 o’clock. T: Is John having breakfast/lunch now Ss: No, he isn’t. T: So it’s time for... Ss: Dinner. 教师板书并教读单词dinner。 T: What would you like for dinner Ss: ... 教师带领学生一起做动作并教读句子：It’s time for dinner. Let’s eat some rice. 3. Listen and repeat. 教师播放Let’s learn部分的录音，学生跟读并模仿。 Practice.（练习） 1. Words game. 课件出示本课时的词汇，学生快速反应并大声读出。 2. 趣味卡片。 卡片上是本课时学习的词汇图片及对应的英文，卡片上、下部分均 可点击，出现图片说出英文，出现英文说出中文。 3. Group work. 学生两人一组，就John一天的时间活动表进行问答，参考句式： S1: What time is it S2: It’s ... It’s time for ...
Step 3 Consolidation&Extension 在迁移的语境中，学生创造性地运用所学语言，发展语用能力，推动迁移创新。
Let’s do 1. Look and say. 出示Let’s do的六个人物，分别给出对应的时间，学生观察图片中的 人物活动及时间，猜测他们正在做什么，并运用所学句型进行描述。句式如下： It’s __________. It’s time for ________. Let’s _______________. 2. Read, repeat and do. （1）教师播放该部分的录音，学生听。 （2）第二次播放录音，教师带领学生做动作。 （3）播放视频，师生边跟唱歌谣边做动作。 （4）教师随口说出Let’s do部分的任何一个句子，让学生做出相应的动作。 3. Simon says. 游戏规则：教师发出指令，学生做动作。 指令语中出现了Simon says， 学生做此动作；反之则不做。e.g. Simon says,“It’s time for dinner”. 4. Do and say. 一名同学用左手和右手模仿时钟的时针和分针，其他同学用以下句 型进行问答： A: What time is it B: It’s ... It’s time for ... 5. Free talk. 课件出示时间轴，学生两人一组，对各自的一天的作息活动进行问 答，如：A: What time is it B: It’s ... It’s time for ...
Step 4 Summary&Homework
1. 小结。 师生共同回顾本课时的重点词汇及句型。 2. 作业。 （1）抄写本课时重点单词和词组。 （2）完成本课时对应练习。 （3）仿照Let’s do创编新的句子，并能做出相应动作。
教学 反思 本节课我利用多媒体课件辅助教学，让学生对所学内容产生兴趣，从而激发出学生的学习欲望。在教学的过程中，我采用了形式多样的活动，帮助学生巩固词汇发音，让学生在活动中突破难点，在活动中发展能力。Let’s do部分的操练以及歌曲的演唱，让学生在欢快的气氛中巩固了所学的内容。整堂课学生的表现都不错。 板书 设计 Unit 2 Part A 第二课时 三餐：breakfast lunch dinner 课程：music class English class PE class —What time is it —It’s ... o’clock.
