Which sport is the most healthy and easiest Certainly running exercise ! Requiring only feet fowards, running exercise is extremely suitable for class breaks.
As for reasons for recommdation, to begin with, running exercise helps stretch our tiring bodies ,which are trapped in classrooms all day long. Additionally, it's beneficial for us to breathe fresh air and glance at the green trees, which are good to our lungs and eyes.Therefore,we can be more energetic and focused in class.
