此句为一般现在时，描述“太阳早上升起”这一自然现象。
当主语是第三人称单数时，谓语动词也要变成第三称单数形式。
动词第三称单数形式的构成规则：
①一般在动词词尾加s。
如：rise→rises run→runs
②以s、x、o、ch、sh结尾的动词，在词尾加es。
如：go→goes watch→watches
③以辅音字母加y结尾的动词，先把y变为i，再加es。
如：fly→flies study→studies
④不规则变化。
