1、人称代词和物主代词。

（1）、人称代词作主语时用主格；作宾语时用宾格；作表语时用主格或宾格，但在口语中常用宾格。例如：He（主语用主格） is a boy. \ She（主语） likes me（宾语） and I（主语） like her（宾语）. \ Mr. Wang teaches us（宾语） English.
（2）、并列人称代词的排列顺序：人称代词在并列使用时，一般按照“第二人称→第三人称→第一人称”的顺序进行。例如：you, he, and I 你，我，他 ；you and I 我和你；
he and I 我和他；you and he 你和他。
（3）、形容词性物主代词+名词=名词性物主代词；例如：这是他的房间，不是我的。This is his room , it’s not mine. 又如：This blue pen is hers. = This is her blue pen. （注意：this is 不能缩写）
2、Is this/that... 这/那是......吗？
回答：Yes, it is. / No, it isn’t. 是的，这/那（它）是。/ 不，这/那(它)不是。
注意：回答时，要用it来代替this和that，不可回答Yes, this/that is. / No, this/that isn’t.另外，回答处的it is不能缩写成it’s。
3、Are these/those… 这/那些是……吗？
回答：Yes, they are. / No, they aren’t.
是的，这/那些（它们）是。/ 不，这/那些(它们)不是。
注意：回答时，要用they来代替these和those。不可回答Yes, these / those are / No, these / those aren’t. 另外，回答处的they are不能缩写成they’re.
4、关于Excuse me.与sorry的用法区别。
Excuse me. 请原谅/打扰了。
客套语，用于问别人问题、请别人帮忙、打断别人说话等场合。一般用于打扰别人之前。
Sorry/I’m sorry. “对不起，抱歉”
用于向别人表示歉意，一般用于“事后”。
5、What \ how about … “……怎么样？”\“……又如何呢？”。后接名词，代词或动名词。例如：How about some fruit and salad 水果和沙拉如何？ \ What about walking there 走路去那儿怎么样？
6、thanks / thank you for... 因......而感谢
for是介词，后接名词、代词或者动名词。
例如：谢谢你的全家福照片。Thanks for your family photo.
例如：谢谢你帮助我。 Thank you for helping me.
又如：谢谢你的帮助。Thank you for your help.
7、How do you spell... 你怎么拼写/读……？
A: How do you spell “red”
B: R-E-D.
补充：用于询问或要求对方拼写单词的表达方式还有：
（1）、请把它拼写出来。Please spell it. = Spell it , please.
（2）、你会拼写它吗？ Can you spell it （回答时，先说yes，再逐步进行拼写）
8、关于ask for….
表示“请求/要…”，例如：I will ask for two pencils. 我将要两支铅笔。
ask sb. for sth. 向某人请求/要某物；例如：Is this your computer game , you can ask the teacher for it. 这是你的电子游戏吗？你可以向老师要它。又如：If you have any questions , you can ask the teacher for help. 如果你有任何问题，你可以向老师寻求帮助。
9.、call sb at +电话号码，表示“拨打...号码找某人”；例如：拨打495-3539找艾伦。Call Alan at 495-3539. 类似的用法：E-mail sb. at + 邮箱号码，表示“发送邮件到某人的邮箱号码”。
10、 must 必须，must是情态动词，后面接动词原形；例如：I must go to school at 7:00.我必须七点钟去上学。
11、a set of... 一套／副／串...；例如：一串钥匙a set of keys
注意：a set of...作句子的主语时，应看作一个整体，谓语动词用单数。例如：有串钥匙在桌子上。A set of keys is on the table.
12、Is that your computer game in the lost and found case
那个在失物招领箱里的电子游戏机是你的吗？
在失物招领箱里，用短语：in the lost and found case，其中lost是动词lose的过去式；found是动词find的过去式。
13、关于be动词is\are引导的一般疑问句的回答总结。
Is this your pencil 回答：Yes , it is. \ No , it isn’t.
（询问单数物品，回答时用it来代替主语）
Is that your father 回答：Yes , he is. \ No , he isn’t.
（询问单个男性，回答时用he来代替主语）
Is the woman your aunt 回答：Yes , she is. \ No , she isn’t.
（询问单个女性，回答时用he来代替主语）
Are the blue socks yours 回答：Yes , they are. \ No , they aren’t.
（询问复数物品，回答时用they来代替主语）
Are those your grandparents 回答：Yes , they are. \ No , they aren’t.
（询问复数人物，回答时用they来代替主语）
注意要点：回答时，单数用it代替，复数用they代替。
