A Visit to a New Farmer Community
In order to broaden students’ horizons, our school arranged for Senior One students to visit a new farmer community last Sunday.
On arriving there, we were warmly welcomed by the villagers. They showed us around their homes, which are newly- built modern buildings equipped with furniture and electrical equipment, and the living environment there is very comfortable. Then we visited the vegetable farm, where the farmers were growing various green vegetables.
The activity has left a deep impression on/had a great influence on us. Not only did the activity enrich our extra-curricular life, but also deepened our insight into new farmer community.

It’s a Chinese tradition to set off fireworks(燃放) during the Spring Festival. However, different people have different opinions. Some are for/in favor of (赞成) it while others hold a different view/are against/opposed to（反对） it.
Personally/As far as I am concerned(个人而言), I’m in strong favor of setting off fireworks at the right time and proper places. 五灵主语句
