教材分析
本课是一节写作课，要求学生在听、说、读的基础上，尝试简单的语言输出。3a是一个控制性写作练习，要求学生用方框中所给的词汇完成学校音乐节招募广告；3b以3a的范例为基础，让学生制作学校某项活动的招募广告或海报，这不仅是一个开放性的写作，也涉及广告这一特殊文体的创作，它包含该文体所需要的基础要素，如应聘者能力要求、联系方式，以及个性化的设计，如绘画、书法等其他元素。
学情分析
在本单元前面四个课时学习的基础上，学生通过大量的听、说、读训练，对使用情态动词can谈论个人能力的句型结构已经有了较丰富的语言基础，尤其是上节课的三篇广告的阅读和对语篇结构的分析，为本节课的海报制作奠定了扎实的基础。但是初一学生对知识的归纳概括能力不强，教师应设计好教学活动，引导学生对整个单元的知识进行梳理。
课时教学目标
语言能力：能够围绕“abilities”的话题，通过看、读、说等活动搜集、理解所需要的语言基础信息；能够正确使用涉及乐器、社团、活动、个人能力、爱好和习惯等方面的词汇和情态动词can表能力的用法，学会写招聘广告或制作海报； 文化意识：能够通过学写招聘广告，增长知识，了解更多文体的结构和要素，通过谈论个人才能，形成主动锻炼自我、展示自我的意识，增强自信； 思维品质：能够在老师的帮助下，通过学习，多层次、多角度、多元化地内化有关猜测和判断的语言知识；在写作中，注意到语篇的整体性、结构性、逻辑性； 学习能力：通过谈论自己和他人的能力，保持学习英语的兴趣，通过阅读训练和写作训练以及形成良好学习习惯，有意识训练自己的英语思维 ，通过同伴互评，锻炼自己的元认知。
教学重难点
教学重点：（1）掌握招募广告的六个要素，即时间，地点，好处，能力，感觉以及联系方式。 （2）掌握六个要素的相关句型结构。 教学难点：通过分析广告内容和结构进行仿写，并进行个性化创新写作。
