教材分析 What:These are conversations about asking others the school rules. Why:Let students know how to how to asking others and express the school rules and know the cultural difference among different countries in terms of school rules. How:The conversations involve many do-imperative sentences and some sentence patters of can which not only give a good review of the previous knowledge but also lay a good foundation for the grammar learning.
教学目标 学习目标: 1. 语言能力:围绕谈论学校规则的情境,正确使用do型祈使句和含有can的各种句型。能够通过听前预测,从对话中捕捉细节信息,在听中抓关键词,促进听说能力的提升,听后进行模仿和角色扮演,提升听说能力。 2. 文化意识:通过学校规则各种表达,学生能够了解中西方学校校规的不同,提高文化素养,提升跨文化交际能力。 3. 思维品质:在看视频时进行相应的思考,提高观察与辨析的能力;学生根能够分辨出正确的规则和错误的规则,提高思辨能力。 4. 学习能力:通过谈论校规,保持学习英语的兴趣,通过听力技能训练形成良好学习习惯,有意识训练自己的英语思维 。

教学步骤

Lead in (3’)
Step 1 T greets students. Then T invites to Ss guess a Chinese saying by showing them some pictures. After that, T asks Ss to think about the question: “What school rules do you know ” Ss guess a Chinese saying and think about the question: “What school rules do you know ”
Step 2 T asks Ss to watch a video and then answer the question “What rules are talked about in this video”. Ss watch a video and then answer the question
效果评价 学生是否能专注的观看视频,并积极主动思考所提出的问题;学生是否能根据图片猜出中国谚语。
Pre-listening (7’)
Step 3 T shows Ss the picture about school rules and then asks then to think about what rules are they. Then T teaches them how to pronounce and some important language points in it. Ss think about the rules by the pictures and then learn how to pronounce and some important language points in it. Learning the expressions for school rules can lay a good foundation for following learning and thinking about the rules by pictures can practice their ability of viewing.
Step 4 T asks Ss to finish 1a Ss finish 1a and check their answers. 1a can lead Ss to firstly know the eight word so that the learning of word can be more smoothly.
效果评价 学生在看图片和思考区别时,是否表现积极主动, 是否能正确的;学生是否能准确无误的完成练习。
While-listening (15’)
Step 5 T plays the recording in 2a for the first time to ask Ss to finish 2a. T plays the recording for the second time to ask Ss to complete 2b. After that. T invites some Ss to show their answers. Ss listen to the record two times, finish 2a for the first time and finish 2a for the second time. And then Ss share and discuss their answers. It can help Ss improve their ability of listening and speaking. Discussing and sharing answers can improve Ss’ ability of criticizing.
Step 6 T play the conversation in 2a, asks Ss to try their best to retell the content of recording and imitate the tone and pronunciation. And then T shows the right transcript in PPT. Ss listen to the conversation , retell the content of recording and imitate the tone and pronunciation. It can help Ss further improve their ability of speaking.

Post-listening (10’)
Step 7 T asks Ss to do a role play according to the conversation in 2a. T gives Ss five minutes to find a partner and practice , then ask some Ss to show in front of the class. Ss do a role play. Ss can practice their listening and speaking ability. Ss’s interests of learning English can be improved by this activity.
Step 8 T shows Ss a video to tell them different rules in different countries. Ss learn different rules in different countries. It can improve Ss cultural awareness.

Exercise (5’)
Step 9 T asks Ss to finish the exercises on ppt. Ss finish the exercises on ppt. Practice in time can help test students' knowledge of this class.

Conclusion (3’)
Step 10 T gives a mind map about what are learned today. Ss recall the learned knowledge of today. Mind map and summary of new knowledge can help students further understand and remember them.

Homework (2’) Level B: 1. Master what you have learned in this lesson. 2. Preview the conversation in 2d Level A: 1. Finish the extra exercise in your workbook. 2.
