概述：祝贺信是指在日常生活中，得知同学或朋友竞赛获奖、考上大学、结婚、过新年或重大节日等，给对方祝贺的信件。
谋篇布局
首段：表达写信目的——点明祝贺之事并表示祝贺
中间段：陈述对方成功原因——详细说明祝贺缘由并肯定对方为此付出的努力
尾段：再次祝贺并表示祝愿
congratulate sb. on (doing) sth.祝贺某人做了某事
offer/express/convey one’s sincere congratulations to sb. (on sth.)向某人表示衷心的祝贺
写作练习：
假如你是高三学生李华，得知你的美国笔友Peter被Harvard(哈佛大学)录取，请你给他写一封电子邮件。要点如下：
