The History of Potato Chips
The story was back in1853.One day,a customer came into the restanrant where Geoge worked,
he ordered (订购) a plate of fried(油炸的) potatoes.But he said they were too thick and sent them back to the kitchen.Geoge was angry,so he cut the potatoes really thin,and he cooked them for a long time until they were crispy.And he put lots of salt on them so they were really salty.The customer loved them and told the others，and soon everyone was ordering them.
