A good habit that helps me a lot
Developing good habits is importantin our life. One can not succeed without hard work and good habits. And in my growth, the habit of reading is really helpful.
When I was a child, my mother often read stories to me. It made me interested in reading. As I grew older, I read different kinds of books such as storybooks, history books and magazines. I think it's a good way to help me grow into a better person. Gradually, I get into the habit of reading and spend time reading every day.
Although it’s not easy to develop a good habit, it really helps me a lot. In my eyes, a good book is like a teacher that guides me all the way. It not only opens up my eyes to the outside world, but also helps me learn a lot of knowledge.

In our last cooking lesson, there was a discussion about our favorite food. Half of the students like noodles best. Twenty five percent of the students like sandwich best. Fifteen percent of them are most interested in soup. And six students enjoy salad most.
As for me, tomato and egg soup is my favourite. It is not only easy to make but also very healthy. You can try it if you like. First, cut up the tomatoes and other vegetables. Next, add some oil in a pot and fry the tomato pieces. Then, pour some hot water into it. After that, break the eggs and pour them into the pot. After five minutes, put the vegetables in the pot. Finally, add a spoon of salt. After two minutes, it's time to enjoy the delicious soup.

Lower Stress
We all have stress in our lives. It s normal for teenagers to feel stressed sometimes. The main reasons for stress are schoolwork and getting along with others. Here I will give some advice to lower stress.
First, I think that talking with others can help to lower stress. Sharing a problem is like cutting it in half. Second, it s best to take some physical exercise because it can help you forget your stress for a while. Third, if you are free, you can watch movies and listen to music. What s more, you can go on a trip during the holiday.
All in all, stress isn t a terrible thing as long as we know how to solve it. I hope my advice can be helpful.
