第四课时(B. Let’s try & Let’s talk)
教学目标 1. 能理解Let’s try中的听力内容,完成相应的听力题目;熟练掌握句型“—Can I... —Yes. Of course.”能理解句子“I can show you the English book.”“Anything else ”并能在实际情境中灵活运用。 (语言能力) 2. 能根据图片对内容进行预测,培养学生的归纳与推断能力。 (思维品质) 3. 乐于学习和模仿,并能在学习中积极思考。(学习能力)
教学重点 能在实际情景中运用所学句型谈论行为规范。
教学难点 能对特定场合下的个人行为提出劝告。
教学过程 设计意图
Step 1 Warm-up&Lead in 歌曲导入,活跃课堂气氛。通过Look and say活动,引入听力部分的练习,提前对听力内容进行感知。
Greetings. Revision.(复习旧知) 1. Sing a song—School days. 2. Look and say. 课件出示Let’s try部分的人物图片。 T: Who are they Ss: They are Tom and John. T: Where are they Ss: They are in the library.
Step 2 Presentation&Practice 通过问题引导学生观察并讨论图片,借助图片预测教学内容,培养学生的观察能力和逻辑推理能力。 通过情景学习新短语。 直观的演示帮助学生理解生词的含义。
Presentation.(对话学习) Let’s try 1. 教师让学生根据该部分的图片及选项标识,试着预测一下听力内
容与答案。 2. 教师播放听力录音,学生选出答案。 3. 课件呈现完整的听力材料,学生反复跟读录音,熟悉语音、语调、句型后,两人一组表演对话。 4. 教师请学生根据Let’s try部分的听力内容,总结在图书馆应该遵守的规则,引出Let’s talk部分的内容。 T: What can Tom and John do in the library Ss: They can read English books. T: What else can they do in the library Ss: They can ... Let’s talk 1. Watch and find out the rules. 通过Let’s try部分的内容引出Let’s talk中在图书馆应该遵守的规则。 T: Can they talk and laugh loudly in the library Ss: No, they can’t. T: There are some rules in the library. Let’s watch the video and find them out. 教师播放Let’s talk部分的视频,学生看视频找出在图书馆应该遵守的两条规则:Rule 1 Talk quietly. Rule 2 Keep your desk clean. Free talk: Talk quietly in the...(computer room/ art room/ classroom) 2. 学习短语Anything else。 课件出示该部分的图片及anything else,教师帮助学生理解其含义。 T: Anything else Ss: Put the books in order on the shelf. T: Anything else Ss: ... 3. Listen and answer. 教师播放Let’s talk部分的音频,学生听录音回答问题:①What books does John show Tom ②Can Tom read the books in the library T: What books does John show Tom (教师举起书本帮助学生理解单词show的含义) Ss: John shows Tom the English books. T: Can Tom read the books in the library Ss: Yes, he can read the books in the library. 4. Listen and repeat. 教师逐句播放Let’s talk部分的录音,学生模仿并跟读。教师提醒学生在跟读的过程中注意模仿录音中的语音、语调,注意停顿。 5. Fill in the blanks and then act it out. Tom: My name is ____. What’s your name John: Shh. ______. I’m ____. I can show you the ______ books. Tom: Thanks. John: Here they are. Tom: OK. Can I read the books here John: Yes. Of course. Tom: Anything else John: Yes. ___________. Tom: OK, ________. Thanks. 6. Match, say and act. 课件出示该部分的内容,学生完成练习题。随后学生两人一组,任意选择一幅图片,根据图片内容创编新对话。如图片一: A: Oh, my English book is here!!! B: Shh. Talk quietly. They are reading. A: OK.
Step 3 Consolidation&Extension 提供图片场景,学生自由发挥,运用本节课重点句型进行对话创编,培养学生综合运用语言的能力。
1. Try to make it. 课件出示对话卡片,其中部分内容缺失,学生补全缺失内容并进行角色扮演。 2. Make a new dialogue. 创设Tom和John在电脑房的情景,学生根据情景自由创编对话,如: John: Look! This is our computer room. Tom: Wow! So big! John: Shh. Talk quietly. Tom: Oops, sorry! John: It’s OK. We can play computer games here. But we can’t eat or drink here. No eating, please. Tom: OK. Anything else John: Yes. Keep your desk clean. Tom: OK, I will. Thanks. 3. 练习巩固。 4. Good to know. 引导学生知道更多公共场合各标识的含义,如:Talk quietly. No eating. No drinking. 5. 绘本故事阅读:Signs Are Everywhere. 6. 引导学生养成良好的习惯:Behave yourself well in different places!
Step 4 Summary&Homework
1. 小结。 教师引导学生总结本课所学重点句型,鼓励学生提出问题。 2. 作业。 (1)模仿Let’s talk的内容,与同桌自编一段对话并表演。 (2)完成本课时配套练习。
教学 反思 本课时的内容与生活息息相关,在教学时,通过Look and say活动,引入听力部分的练习,提前对听力内容进行感知,教学活动循序渐进,过渡自然。巩固与拓展环节,提供图片场景,学生自由发挥,运用本节课重点句型进行对话创编,培养学生综合运用语言的能力。 板书 设计 Unit 6 Part B 第四课时 show anything else Talk quietly. Keep your desk clean.
