合同中的汇付条款
（1）The buyers shall pay total value of the contracted goods by T/T to the sellers not later than June 10.( 买方应当在 6 月 10 日前将全部货款用电汇方式汇至卖方。)
（2）The buyers shall pay half the sales proceeds by D/D not later than March 20, and the remaining part will be paid to the sellers within 10 days after receipt of the fax concerning original B/L.（买方应于 3 月 20 日前将一半货款票汇至卖方，其余货款收到正本提单后 10 日内付清。）
托收支付方式条款制定
Upon first presentation the Buyers shall pay against documentary draft drawn by the Sellers at sight. The shipping documents are to be delivered against payment only.（买方应凭卖方开具的即期跟单汇票，于见票时立即付款，付款后交单。）

（2）The buyers shall issue through a bank a 100% confirmed irrevocable cable L/C for 100% invoice value available by sight draft, the L/C is to reach the sellers not later than May 20.（买方需于 5 月 20 日前通过银行开立 100％保兑的、不可撤销的即期信用证。）

The Buyers shall arrange with ×× Bank for opening an Irrevocable (Transferable) bankers acceptance Letter of Credit in favor of the Sellers before…(or within…days after receipt of Sellers advice; or within…days after signing of this contract), The said Letter of Credit shall be available by draft (s) at sight (or after date of shipment) and remain valid for negotiation in China until the 15th day after the aforesaid time of shipment.［买方应于 ××年 × 月 × 日前（或接到卖方通知后 × 天内或签约后 × 天内）通过 ×× 银行开立以卖方为受益人的不可撤销（可转让）的见票后 ×× 天（或装船日后 ×× 天）付款的银行承兑信用证，信用证议付有效期延至上述装运期后 15 天在中国到期。］

The beneficiary’s drafts drawing at 60 days after sight are to be paid in face amount as drawn at sight basis as discounting charges, accountance commissions and usance interest are for account of the accountee.( 受益人开立的 60 天远期汇票按即期议付，将付票面金额，至于所扣费用、佣金和远期利息由付款人承担。)
