Some Chinese believe that tea benefits people's health a lot.Drinking a cup of tea makes people relaxed and refreshed. Others treat guests or friends with tea drinking in social communications .
剪纸
Paper cutting is one of Chinese most popular traditional folk arts, which has a history of more than 1500 years. Paper cutting originated during the Northern and Southern Dynasties period. People often beautify their homes with paper cuttings. During the Spring Festival and wedding celebrations, they are used to decorate doors, windows and rooms to add the joyous atmosphere. The color most used in paper cutting is red symbolizing health and prosperity.
4皮影戏
As far as I know, it is an ancient form of storytelling and entertainment,in which the players hold the human figures made of animal skins or hard paper boards with colored paintings. The figures are reflected on the curtain through the light, singing and dancing controlled by the players with the silk string. Shadow play with written records dates back to the Song Dynasty and it plays an important role in the invention of the modern movie and the development of the movies and cartoons.

As we all know, the four treasures of the study are writing brush, ink, paper and ink stone, which are essential to learn Chinese calligraphy. Chinese calligraphy is a fine art of the excellent traditional cultures in China. Not only does it do good to health, but also it can cultivate morality and purify our souls.
7.传统美食
We call dumplings jiaozi. We eat jiaozi on many holidays, such as the Spring Festival, the Winter Solstice and so on. Because jiaozi is a symbol of luck and happiness. How do we make it Put the water and flour into a bowl and make a smooth dough. Then cut up the meat and vegetables we like and add all kinds of relish to it, mix them. Next put filling on the wrapper and fold it. Finally, boil jiaozi.
8北京胡同
First, we're going to go sightseeing along the lanes in Hutong. The houses in Hutong are traditional, such as Siheyuan. From them, you can imagine how people used to live. Of course you can stop anywhere you like and it is interesting to take pictures or have a close look. Second, we are going to pay visits to a Hutong family. We can have lunch there and have a short talk with the local residents, which can help you learn about many stories of the past. We can not only appreciate the dramatic changes that Hutong has undergone, but also see evidence of the history of Beijing, experience the old way of life and experience traditional Beijing culture.

As for my favorite poet, it must be Li Bai. Living in a golden age of Chinese poetry, Li Bai is best known for his rich imagination and striking imagery in his poetry, as well as for his great love for liquor. Li Bai is regarded as the greatest romantic poet of the Tang Dynasty.
What I appreciate most are his landscape poems, which are clear and natural in words with profound messages. They convey his strong love for nature, friends and the people.
