外研社新标准小学英语（三年级起点）五年级上册M7U2 This little girl can’t walk.教学设计
一、教材分析
本单元依旧围绕“help”的话题，作为上一单元的延伸和扩展。在引入部分重述了上一单元狗帮助人类的情景，并且增加了我们也可以帮助狗做一些事的情节。正文部分则展示了我们生活中常常见到的一些场景：父母帮助自己的孩子，年轻人帮助老人，朋友之间的帮助，让孩子们感受到生活中的互帮互助与关爱。
二、学情分析
通过上一单元的学习，同学们已经感知理解了can’t的用法，也熟悉了狗狗对人类的帮助。但是，对于转换到实际生活中人类的互帮互助，学生还是未知的，需要引导学生对can’t 的运用.
三、教学目标
知识与技能目标：
1.能理解课文故事内容，能听懂课文中出现的形容词词汇例如kind，deaf，blind等，能朗读课文。
2.能听懂，会说，会书写“He/She can’t ...”句式。
3.能听懂firefighters,能听懂/会说/读/写can’t, kind.
能力目标：
1.能在图片的帮助下复述课文。
2.能运用“He/She can’t ...”描述给定的情景。
3.能运用“He/She can’t ...”描述自己遇到的类似情况。
情感目标：
1.培养互帮互助，关爱弱小的观念；
2.社会犯罪现象频发，培养正确提供帮助的安全意识。
教学重点、难点
教学重点：对课文故事中残疾人士的描述，正反两方面的理解；
难点：在实际情境中，运用He/she can’t ...sb. helps ...功能句。

图片，教学卡片，PPT。
五、教学步骤
Step1 Warm up Activity1 Greetings Activity 2 Last class, we make an animal friend, what’s that 重现上一单元故事主角，引导学生进入复习场景。
Step2 Lead in Activity 1 Read and say What can they dog do Activity2 Listen and say The dogs help us, can we help dogs What can we do for dogs 逐幅图片呈现，唤醒头脑风暴，为新知做铺垫。
