如何写通知
通知一般用于下达指示、布置工作、传达事情等。此类短文侧重于考查格式及正文时态的应用等。通知一般分为口头通知和书面通知。一般说来，无论采用哪种形式，通知都要包括时间、地点和活动内容等。
口头通知的开头往往要有称呼，如：“Boys and girls”或 “Ladies and gentlemen”等；且常有提醒听众注意的词语或句子，如 “Attention，please!”或 “May I have your attention, please I have an announcement to make.”等。在正文部分要把时间、地点、内容等明确地表达出来；口头通知通常以 “That’s all. Thank you!”等结束语作结尾。
写作指导
书面通知的标题 NOTICE/Notice位于首行中间，落款一般位于右下角，正文部分要重点列明被通知的对象（也可放在正文前）、时间、地点、活动内容、注意事项等。
在句式写法上必须注意以下几点：①人称：一般用第三人称；如正文前有称呼语，则用第二人称；②时态：常用一般现在时和将来时态；③尽可能用精炼的文字明确地表达信息，多用被动语态。
写作指导
假如你是李华，你校将组织校内留学生参观中国画展，请写一则通知发布在校园网上。内容包括：

An example
Notice
Aimed to promote traditional Chinese culture, our school is to arrange for the exchange students to visit the Chinese Painting Exhibition in the Wenzhou Museum.
Running from Feb. 20 to March. 20, the exhibition centers on the history of the traditional Chinese paintings and displays various famous paintings of exceptional beauty from different dynasties, from which you are expected to have a deep insight into the development of Chinese culture.
We are to gather at the school gate at 2:00 pm Feb. 25 and the school bus will take us there. Keep in mind that no photos or food and drink are allowed in the museum.

Notice
In order to promote Chinese culture, the Student Union will hold a Chinese Poetry Conference. I'd like to inform you of some details.
As scheduled, the conference is to be held in the school lecture hall at 9:00 a.m. on June 20, before which you are supposed to get adequately prepared. Therefore, it's strongly recommended that you recite enough classical poetry and focus on the poems of the Tang Dynasty. The appealing prize Three Hundred Tang Poems is waiting for you. Whoever wants to participate, please sign up in the Student Union office before March 31.
