教材分析 本课教学内容选自高等教育出版社出版的“十四五”职业教育国家规划教材，《英语2 基础模块》中第七单元的阅读和写作（Reading and writing）板块，本阅读语料为科技议论文，开篇总说科技在人们生活中留下烙印这一观点，然后通过举例、对比、总结等论证方法，论证科技对人们的生活、生产及工作方式的改变，并且还会一直发展下去，积极的创新理念很明确，通过任务的开展和完成，培养学生阅读能力、掌握阅读技巧、感知科技对我们生活的改变。写作先以判断积极和消极观点入手，再以完成倡议书作业，提倡人们积极、正确面对和利用科技进步，培养学生观察事物的两面性，并积极宣传其正面性。
学情分析 通过听、说课的学习，学生发明和创新次回合表达有所积累，能发表对发明的喜好，介绍新产品的特征和功能。通过本阅读语料的学习，学生们熟悉并掌握科技论文的文体特征及语言特点，准确分辨观点和事实，学会通过举例比较归纳等方法来论证科技创新，正在改变人们生活观点的议论文写作手法，感知科技带给我们生活的便利和生产的进步，树立正确创新的理念。
学习目标 Knowledge objectives: To learn words and phrases about invention and technological innovation :warn,innovation ,previously,feature,besides,in the beginning,be doubtful about ,face to face,be surrounded by,in a way,secure,benefit,robot,turn on. To be able to understand the long sentence: It introduces the features of smart homes where you can turn lights on and off through your smart phone. Ability objectives: To be able to understand an article about the changes the innovation has brought. To be able to master how to write a proposal about uses of new technologies. Emotional objectives: To understand the technologies’ effect on the world. To increase human community with a shared future.
学习重难点 1)To grasp the structure of a argumentation and writer’s opinion. 2)To write a proposal to describe the positive and negative attitude towards the innovation.

Step 1: Warming up Think and discuss Show a group of pictures to compare the changes these years because of the technologies. Give some introduction and review some words:smart kitchen;smart phone;smart lock;modern machine;multimedia classroom;light and electricity;transportation... Discuss the benefits of the innovations: Longer time;short distance; light and brightness; more knowledge,easy lesson; save both time and labour; clean,convenience... Look at the pictures and tell the differences and changes . Learn the words and expressions to feel the changes these years under the technology times.Then sum them up. Discuss the benefit and brainstorm more . 图片呈现，对比二十年前的生活条件和现在的，链接已有的词汇和表达储备，感受科技在近年来的突飞猛进给生活带来的变化. 讨论科技带来的好处，积累词汇，感受科技的力量，为阅读英语语料做准备。
Step 2: Reading 1.Read and choose. Read options to know their emphasis, then read the passage fast to get the main idea and choose the right title.Check answers and explain the reason. (Key words:Robot,examples;dangers,changed) 2.Read and complete. Ask students to read the text one paragraph by one , analyze each paragraph to fill in the missing information in the mind map.Learn the basic structure of a argumentation. Read the article carefully the understand the writer’s opinion and how to support his opinion while write:set examples ;compare; 3.Read and decide. Read carefully to decide the sentence true or false, and correct the wrong information with a proper reason. Ask some students to show their answers and explain the reason. Find the key information or sentence to support the option of the title. Exchange their ideas. (The title and last sentence in the last paragraph.) Ask student to read the paragraph and find the missing information to fill in the mind map.Know the basic structure of a argumentation. 3.Read carefully to find the detailed information to support each sentence in groups,then give answer and check together in the class. 快读提炼信息，找出支持标题的语句，培养学生思维能力,认识应用型议论文的写作特点。 查读课文，查找所缺信息，培养学生提取信息的能力。同时学习议论文的写作结构和论证方法的使用。 细读课文，判断课文细节对错，培养学生的观察能力，认识创新的对生活、生产的改变，以及我们身边无处不在的科技产品，感知科技的力量，增强人类命运共同体意识。
Step 3: Reading article learning Language points analysis. 1.Analyze the important words and phrases about technological innovation :warn,innovation ,previously,feature,besides,in the beginning,be doubtful about ,face to face,be surrounded by,in a way,secure,benefit,robot,turn on 2.It introduces the features of smart homes where you can turn lights on and off through your smart phone. Understand the important language points and take notes. 分析重点词汇,短语及长难句，使学生掌握科技带来变化的英语表达，为之后的倡议书输出做准备。激发学生在今后的学习中要积极利用科技，努力学习坚持创新。
Step 4: Writing 1.Read and judge. 1)Read the situations and tell if the attitude is positive or negative. 2)Share answers in groups. 3)Teacher gives some advice and encourage the students to have a positive attitude towards the innovations. 2.Think and complete. 1)Read the given information and know what they should write . 2)Finish the proposal according to the two sides. 3）Ask two students to show their works on the screen.Teacher gives some advice and corrects mistakes. Read situations and tell if the attitude is positive or negative,and explain the reason .Express their decision and reasons in groups. Read the given information to prepare for the writing.Then write by themselves.
