Introduce a person ‘s occupation and workplace in your life. Remember the words about occupation and workplace. Introduce a familiar person:parent ,sister or brother,friends ect. 通过图片实景讨论职业和工作场所,激活已有词汇。再通过介绍身边人物的实际情况,让学生融入课堂,激发兴趣,为接下来的热身做准备。Step 2: Warming up Think and match Match the picture with right word. Match and talk Use the phrases and sentences to make own dialogue in pairs ,and describe what you want to be in the future and where you will have an internship.Then ask some groups to act it out in front of the class. 1.Students match the picture with the word to talk about more about the career. 2.Act the dialogue to grasp the sentences and phrases,and master the occupation and workplace. 热身环节让学生关联已有的知识储备,激发学习兴趣,熟悉实习实训的相关表达,锻炼学生的思维能力,为听说活动做准备。Step 3: Listening Listen and tick. Look at the pictures and let students predict the content of the listening. Then play the listening. Listen and decide. Before playing the listening, ask students to pay attention to the details,and decide if the sentence is right.At last correct the wrong sentences. Listen and complete. Before listening, let students read the internship checklist first and know what they should get while listening .Then play the listening to get the key information to fill in the blanks and check their answers. 1.listen the first time to grasp the overall of the listening material. 2..Read the options carefully,underline the key information ,then listen to the second time and determine what is true or false and correct the error message . 3. Summarize and capture key information to complete the checklist . 本环节旨在训练学生根据已有信息预测听力内容,在听的过程中获取和归纳关键信息完成关于对话重点内容分信息梳理,同时增进学生对实习实训前必备事宜的了解,侧重培养学生的语言沟通能力和交互能力。Step 4: Dialogue learning Listen and answer. listen the recording. Let students answer “What will be Ella’s position after the internship ”“What’s Ella’s main job ” “How does Ella like her new job ” Read and underline. Introduce the background and read the dialogue after the recording to underline the sentences. Then check the answers. Language points analysis. Analyze the important words and phrases of the dialogue:pre-service training, organize,Human Resource Department ,an assistant receptionist,receive guests,at the reception,check-in,check-out,pick up,in the real workplace,offer,get along well with,colleague. Listen the recording and answer the questions. Follow the recording and finish the task. Imitate activity 6 and make up a new dialogue and then practice with partners.
