教材分析 本课教学内容选自高等教育出版社出版的“十四五”职业教育国家规划教材,《英语2 基础模块》中第二单元的读写((reading and writing)板块,要求学生能通过阅读文章,懂得健康和锻炼的重要性,完成相关学习任务,锻炼语用能力和应用文写作能力。
学情分析 通过听说环节,学生已经掌握了如何问询健康细节,简单了解了中西方就诊方式的不同,会用英文讨论病症、病因、诊断结果等情况,会在交际中运用所学句型获取更全面的身体情况的信息。本节课则用“锻炼对身体的益处”这一话题展开讨论,引出“被人们忽略的最佳疗法——运动”,进而通过不同的任务型阅读,培养学生利用词典等资源自主探究,利用略读技巧整合、提取重点信息的阅读能力。培养关注自身健康的意识,树立锻炼有益健康的理念。熟悉并掌握网站回帖的写作要点。

Step 1: Lead in 1.Have a video to show the advantages of exercise. 2.Show a list of numbers to tell the advantages of exercise. Ask the students to get the main idea of the video and the list. 通过视频和数据说明锻炼与不锻炼的人们的身体差异。为读前热身做铺垫。
Step 2: Pre-reading Think and discuss Ask question:“What other advantages can exercise bring us Can you add something from your own experience ”“I can become ...,” Conclude and write down. Write down all the advantages which all the students get from discussion. 1.Use sentence patterns to discuss the advantages that exercise can bring us. 2.Conclude all the advantages to lead the reading passage. 本环节旨通过简单问答对话从自身实际体验,发现锻炼给身心带来的好处,结合导课环节的结论,总结更多锻炼的益处,为下一环节的阅读活动做准备。
Step 3: Reading 1.Read and choose. Read the text quickly to get the main idea and choose a right reason why the writer wrote the passage .While finishing the task 10,students should master the key sentences. 2.Read and complete. Read the text again to fill in mind map of the text in task 11. Get the outline of the article. 3.Read and decide. Read carefully to find the details to decide right or wrong in task12. Each factor should be supported by a relevant sentence or example. 1.Use the reading skills to finish the tasks:fast-reading to know the purpose of writing;skipping to get outline of text ,careful-reading to understand advantages of exercise,especially during the specially time. 本环节通过任务型教学,用不同类型的任务,采取不同的应对完成方式,锻炼学生独自提炼概括文本信息的能力,小组合作互帮互助、自主解决问题的能力,及时发现个体学生处理细节信息的能力差异。更熟练地利用资源和已有阅读技能去获取关键信息。
Step 4: Post-reading 1.Language points analysis. Analyze the important words and phrases of the text: cure,sadly ,ignore, active, public transport,physical,effort,move around,burn off,handle,develop,cancer,what is more,suffer from 1.Analyze the important words and phrases to remember and understand the text better. 讲析重点词汇和短语,掌握新词和积累词汇量的同时更好的理解记忆阅读信息,夯实语言基本功。
Step 5: Writing 1.Read and reorder . Read after the recording to reorder the sentences in task 13. 2.Read discuss . Read the posts on the website to get the problem clearly.Then discuss with partners to get some proper advice to deal with his problems.They can use the advice in the reading passage. 3.Read and respond. Fill in the blanks and give some proper advice.Conclude the writing points of the website reply. 1Repeat the text to reorder the sentences and remember the advantages of exercise. 2.Get the problems and discuss how to deal with them. 3.Finish the task 14 and remember the advantages of exercise and grasp how to respond a post. 本环节跟读短文,纠正发音更好培养学生的英语语感,重新排序对文章给出的重要信息进一步梳理便于记忆。并通过回复网站帖子的问题,再次呈现锻炼的益处,把之前输入的语言信息进行输出练习,用回复帖子的实际运用,更加灵活地学习帖子的写作要点。
