教材分析 本课教学内容选自高等教育出版社出版的“十四五”职业教育国家规划教材,《英语2 基础模块》中第五单元的阅读和写作(Reading and writing)板块,本阅读语料是关于丝绸之路的介绍,从丝绸之路的内涵,海上丝绸之路,历史价值等角度做了充分说明,把人物介绍类说明文的表达特征鲜明的呈现出来,写作活动要求学生从自身兴趣介绍丝绸之路,语言输入和输出的同时,感知古代中国的辉煌历史和对世界文明做出的杰出贡献,思政元素突出,易激发学生的文化自豪感,增强积极弘扬和传播中华文明的意识。
学情分析 学生通过听、说课的学习,已经从丝绸、敦煌莫高窟、唐三彩等的介绍中掌握了一些古代中国古代丝绸之路的语言表达,但如何更详细介绍丝绸之路这一话题,如何把历史知识变成对外弘扬和传播中华文明的工具,还需要在本节的各项任务完成中,掌握更多有关丝绸之路的语言知识和习作表达方式,同时培养阅读理解能力,逻辑思维能力和归纳总结能力。
学习目标 Knowledge objectives: To learn words and phrases about the Silk Road: neither...nor..., actual,route, maritime, peak,link, as early as,emissary ,search for ,China fever,boost,exchange. To be able to understand the long sentence: During the Eastern Han Dynasty ,Chinese emissary Gan Ying was sent to search for “Da Qin”,the Chinese name of the Roman Empire at that time. Ability objectives: To be able to master the key information about the Silk Road. To be able to get the structure and language features of expository text. To be able to write article about the Silk Road. Emotional objectives: To know the great ancient Chinese history and contribution to the world. To establish the awareness of spreading Chinese history and culture.
学习重难点 1)To grasp the expressions of the Silk Road. 2)To introduce the Silk Road in English .

Step 1: Warming up Play a video to show the important works about the Silk Road.Talk about the following questions: What would you remember when you see these exhibits What do you know about them What links them together Read and discuss Look at the pictures and questions in book.Ask and answer with partner.The teacher asks some students to show their answers and give some help if necessary. Enjoy the video and answer the questions. E.g:A:What do you know about camel B:Camels can carry luggage and goods while traveling through the desert. Practice the sentences in pairs.Act it out in front of class. 结合展览介绍,回顾文物作品,链接已有知识储备,导入课本上得热身语言练习。 热身环节让学生关联已有的知识储备,联系语言输出,了解与丝绸之路相关联的人和物,引出阅读话题。
Step 2: Reading 1.Read and choose. Read options to know their emphasis, then read the passage fast to get the main idea and choose the right title.Check answers and explain the reason.(pay attention to the first and last sentence) 2.Read and complete. Ask students to read the text one paragraph by one , analyze each paragraph to fill in the missing information. 3.Read and decide. Read carefully to check each sentence true or false. Students show their answers and reasons,and correct it at the same time. 1.Find the key information or sentence to support the option of the title. Exchange their ideas. 2.Ask student to read the paragraph and find the missing information to fill in the blanks. 3.Read carefully to find the detailed information to support the sentence or correct the sentence.Share their answers. 快读提炼信息,找出支持标题的语句,培养学生思维能力。 学生读的过程注意发音,语音语调。查找所缺信息,培养学生提取信息的能力。 仔细阅读题文本,判断正误并改正,深度理解丝绸之路的重要人物事件及影响,培养学生的信息提取的能力。感知丝绸之路对世界文明做出的杰出贡献
Step 3: Reading article learning Language points analysis. 1.Analyze the important words and phrases about the Silk Road: neither...nor..., actual,route, maritime, peak,link, as early as,emissary ,search for ,China fever,boost,exchange. 2.the Chinese name of the Roman Empire at that time Understand the important language points and take notes. 分析重点词汇,短语及长难句,使学生掌握丝绸之路相关的更多的语言表达,为之后的写作输出做准备。激发学生的文化自豪感。
Step 4: Writing 1.Discuss and tick. 1)Read the information about the relative pictures and then tick the some. 2)Share answers in groups. 3)Teacher gives some advice and corrects mistakes. 2.Think and complete. 1)Play a video to introduce the Silk Road before and now to extend the students thought.Think about preference or most interested part about the Silk Road.Find the information from the text. 2)Write the article by themselves. 3)Ask two students to show their works on the screen.Teacher gives some advice and corrects mistakes. Read the sentences and tick the relative example which describes the importance of the Silk Road .Express their answers and reasons in groups. Watch the video to get more useful information to prepare for the writing.Then write by themselves.
