教材分析 本课教学内容选自高等教育出版社出版的“十四五”职业教育国家规划教材，《英语2 基础模块》中第六单元的Culture Understanding and Group Work板块，要求学生拓展阅读，以德国、日本、中国为例，介绍其工匠精神、比较三个国家工匠精神的不同侧重点：德国注重质量，日本追求完美、中国学徒制讲究创新、勤奋和敬业。学习总分的写作方法。小组活动中要求阅读李工程师的事迹完成相关任务，通过归纳总结，找出李工程师成功的原因，思考值得自身学习的成功因素，撰写工匠人故事，感悟工匠精神。
学情分析 学生已学习了瑞士、古代中国的工匠精神，本节拓展阅读加入了德国和日本的工匠精神，对比不同国家的不同侧重点，了解不同国家推崇的从业态度和职业道德，理解中华民族敬业的传统美德，进一步激发学生“爱岗敬业”的热情。小组活动的真实任务中，检测本单元学习成果，分析成功原因培养归纳总结能力，撰写工匠人故事培养团队合作和创新能力。
学习目标 Knowledge objectives: To grasp the following：durable、depend on、 strive for、be closely related to 、ethic、tend to、see...as、be traced back to、apprentice、carry forward. To be able to know about craftsmanship spirits of three countries. Ability objectives: To expand the students knowledge. To be able to tell the story of great craftsmen and learn their qualities. Emotional objectives: To strengthen dedicated spirit. To carry forward the Chinese craftsmanship.

1.Master the new words and phrases to understand the text better.Take some notes to help learn them easily. Read passage carefully to answer the questions.Discuss in group and get a suitable result. Step 3: Group Work Read the passage about Engineer li.Get the main idea and Engineer Li’s characters. Read again and have a group discussion to list all the efforts Li made in group.And analyze the personal qualities reflected in these efforts to fill in the form. 3.Write an article about the reasons why Li became successful.Then show it on the screen and choose the best to present. 4.Play a video《大国工匠》to know more great craftsmen in China in different occupations nowdays. Read to get the main idea and know Engineer Li.
