教材分析 本课教学内容选自《英语 拓展模块》第二单元” Sharpening Your Skills”的文化理解(Culture Understanding)和语言实践(Language Practice)板块,语言实践板块由语法(Grammar)练习与词汇(Vocabulary)两部分练习组成。动词时态是学生英语学习的重要内容,帮助学生准确理解并熟练运用这一语法现象,为其英语学习打下坚实的基础。通过语境中的词汇练习,巩固本单元重点词汇的学习,提升学生对所学词汇的理解及应用能力。
学情分析 经过初中阶段的英语学习,学生对常用动词时态有一定掌握,但是不够严谨。他们知道常用时态基本结构,但由于对句中一些提示词汇的疏忽,思考不全面,对一些动词变化规则的了解和掌握也仍有不足;碎片化的知识极大地限制了学生对语言的掌握和运用。因此,教师应帮助学生建立知识之间的联系,搭建起常用时态的清晰知识结构,从而帮助学生更准确地理解和运用常用时态。对于词汇学习,教师则要将其放进具体的语境中,有助于学生理解词汇使用语境,掌握词汇的运用。
学习目标 Knowledge Objectives: 1. Understand and master the basic structure of verbs and the functions of various tense; 2. Understand the meaning of vocabulary, choose the correct words to complete the dialogue and words. Ability Objectives: 1. Be able to use the appropriate tense to make up for the content of the sentence; 2. Be able to choose the proper words to make up for the content of the text; Emotional objectives: Understand hard work is the key to success.
学习重难点 Teaching important point: Master the basic structure of common tense and the functional functions of various tense. Teaching difficult point: Be able to correctly use exclamations and modal verb in specific contexts.

Step 1: Warming Up Watch and think Watch a video of Yi Sen’ internship understanding and think what he learnt from the internship. Students watch the video and think the question. 本部分以伊森的实习感悟为主要话题,帮助学生更好地理解实习对于工作的重要性和对未来的思考。
Step 2: Culture Understanding Read and answer What are the three passages about Read and underline Let students read the three material and underline the key words about what they gain from their internship.. Read and choose Ask students to read the three materials and choose the correct answers. Students scan the text to get the main idea of the text, and underline the key words. Students read carefully the passage and complete the questions. 本环节通过给出的信息和活动记录表,完成实习经历的日记,讲述实习经历和感悟的语篇,归纳出参加专业实习的效果及作用,运用所学语言知识及结构,侧重培养语篇意识和语用能力。

Step 4: Language Practice Review and complete Make students review the different forms of verb and write down present participle, past tense and past participle of the following verbs:burn,dream,hear,hang,learn,light,mean,shine,show,smell,speed,spell,wake.
