【第一步：成长前的苦恼（负面情绪塑造）】
【孤独】
I never made friends easily, and for a time I did little more than get on speaking terms with some boys. 我从不轻易交朋友，有一段时间，我只是和一些男孩子说说话而已。
【伤心】

他惊慌失措，用手蒙住眼睛，吓得双手颤抖。
A flood of tension overwhelmed/ swallowed/ flooded over/welled up in me, she could feel her heart racing/ pounding/ beating wildly.她紧张极了，觉得心跳加速。
I trembled at the thought of being unable to escape.

【出现转机】

He saw an plane flying overhead. But with no flashlights, he was invisible in the vast ocean.

【想到办法】
Suddenly, it occurred to us that we could keep to the track to guide us back.

At this critical moment, Elli grabbed several pieces of garlic bread and threw them over the fence, which finally worked.

In sheer desperation, I finally caught sight of some boats with lifeguards on them heading towards us in the distance.

Looking up quickly, we found these clear marks easily. It was with the help of these marks that we quickly found the exit.

But a weak voice was still ringing in my head: keep on.但我的头脑里仍然有一个微弱的声音:继续。
