资源简介 Unit14 I remember meeting all of you in Grade 7.第四课时案例设计【教学内容】本课案例为线上任务型阅读课。使学生通过视频学习,完成教师布置的自学任务。使学生在自学中获取信息、处理信息和灵活运用知识,培养学生独立自主的学习能力。【设计理念】首先从单元前几节课对于过去的回忆,进行一个复习:谈论过去、现在、将来的对话句式。然后引出毕业典礼上的情境。让学生不仅学习了对于即将毕业的相关对话,而且学习了毕业典礼的英文演讲,从而锻炼学生对于文本的综合理解能力。在精神层面,激励学生对于事业生涯的不懈追求。【活动目标】知识目标:通过学习一篇毕业演讲来掌握: gentleman, graduation, ceremony, first of all, congratulate, thirsty, be thirsty for, thankful, be thankful to sb,full of, fail to do sth, along with, separate, set out等这些词汇正确用法。2.能力目标:提升综合理解文章的能力。 分享过去的经历和回忆并且展望未来。3.情感目标:培养学生对未来事业和学业的远大理想。【活动准备】笔者自己寻找相关PPT模板,在网络上寻找图片素材。在各类手机英语APP上搜索与“理想”主题相关的英文视频剪辑。笔者制作好PPT以后,写好录课用的稿件。最后,利用电脑录屏工具进行录屏。【活动过程】一.热身自学——营造气氛(1)出示从fruit引申而来有关于“实现梦想”“不懈努力”的英语习语BBC短视频。虽然没有中文字幕,但是它风趣幽默,通俗易懂。然后笔者带领学生进行简单的相关习语造句。让学生认识相关习语,营造一种充满正能量的学习气氛,为下一步活动做好准备。(2).启发式提问:毕业季已经来临, 我们即将毕业。It’s very hard for us to say goodbye.Each of us will set out on different journeys.我们要踏上不同的旅程,说再见太难了。因为我们拥有太多珍贵的回忆。What certificate will you get in the future What’s your destination?这一步交流目的是进一步培养学生树立远大理想。(3).讨论:除此之外,作为同窗学子,我们也有许多珍贵的回忆。The purpose is to talk about their memories at junior high, and future dreams.Question1:You are going to graduate, what do you remember at junior high school Question2:What will you do when/after you graduate Question3:What is the most important thing you learned in junior high school Possible answers:1.How to deal with the difficulties.2.To learn from the mistakes and never give up.3.We should remember the important people in our lives who helped and supported us----our parents, our teachers and our friends.(4).情感升华:As you set out on your new journey , you shouldn’t forget where you came from.it is more significant to learn to behave than master knowledge. 学会做人可能比掌握知识更重要。Learning to know(学会求知);Learning to do(学会做事);Learning to co-operate(学会合作);Learning to be(学会生存与发展)。二.自学阅读——获取信息(1)Fast Reading.用1-2分钟时间成快速阅读任务。A.回答以下三个有关于文章重要信息的问题:Question1: What kind of text is this Is it a story, a speech or a notice Question2: Who do you think wrote it Queston3: Who is it for Possible answers:It is a speech.Maybe the headmaster wrote it.It is for the students who will graduate soon.B.浏览并连线。具体内容如下图:(2)Careful reading.跟听人教数字校园视频,回答以下综合理解题。Ask one student to read carefully and answer the questions in 2c.1.
