教材分析 This unit aims to introduce and develop students' language skills and knowledge related to the four seasons: spring, summer, autumn, and winter. 讲授新课&课堂练习 Step 2: Presentation of New Content Learn the new words: season, spring, summer, autumn, winter. Teacher: "spring, spring, spell it please." Students: "spring, spring S-P-R-I-N-G" (Repeat the same process for the remaining words.) Teacher: "spring, spring, I like spring." Students: "spring, spring, I like spring." (Repeat the same process for the remaining words.) Discuss the weather. Teacher: "What's the weather like today Is it cold " Students: "No, it's warm." Then introduce "spring." Teacher: "Which season is cold " Introduce "season" and "winter." Teacher: "Do you know another season " Introduce "summer" and "autumn" (repeatedly teach and read the words). Let's learn. Teacher: "Which season do you like best " Student 1: "Spring. It's warm and sunny." Student 2: "Summer. I can go swimming every day." ... Repeatedly practice and ensure students master the sentence pattern. Listen to the tape and read "Let's learn" in roles. Ask students to translate the sentences. Step 3: Collaborative Communication and Teacher-Student Interaction Role-play: Guess and flexibly use the learned words and sentence patterns to practice: Student 1: "Which season do you like best " Student 2: "Spring/.... I can ..." Repeat the practice. Read and match: Read and choose the correct pictures. Step 4: Assign Homework Recite and write down the four-skill words and sentence patterns. Second Class Period Step 1: Preview and Review Review "the weather." "What's the weather like " "It's warm/hot/cool/cold/sunny/windy/snowy/...." Ask students to explain the meaning of the underlined words. Review the words. season, spring, summer, autumn, winter Incorporate the words into the sentence pattern for review: Teacher: "Which season do you like best " Students: "Spring. It's warm./..." (Repeat the process for the remaining words with the same sentence pattern.) Practice the sentence pattern repeatedly. Step 2: Presentation of New Content Let's talk. Learn key words, phrases, and sentence patterns: beautiful - "It's very beautiful." Pretty - "It's pretty." (The teacher can find examples and write them on the board.) Listen to the tape and read the dialogue. Students read the text independently and answer questions based on the text: Teacher: "Which season do you like best " Students: "Winter/.... I like snow. /It's pretty." Repeatedly practice several sentence patterns to ensure students' understanding. Ask students to explain the key sentences and take notes on the important points. Let's try. "What is the weather like today " Listen and write.
课堂小结 Situational dialogue is very important. Creating a real situation is more attractive to students' interest and attention than simply reading texts.
