Employing a glass water bottle instead of a plastic one
Canadian research from 2019 found that bottled water contains 22 times more microplastics than tap water, meaning someone who only drinks bottled water would take in 130,000 more particles a year, compared to 4,000 from tap water. Experts recommend using a glass bottle when you’re on the go. They also suggest filling it with water that has gone through a reverse osmosis filter (反渗透过滤器) which can help to remove the microplastics in tap water.
The heat of the coffee will encourage the plastic to leach into your drink. Instead, bring a reusable glass or metal cup for takeaways or consider drinking your coffee in a cafe. It is both environmentally-friendly and good for health.

5.(2024·海南·高三校联考期末)Four Useful Ways to Stop Comparing Yourself to Others
...... It’s usually not the complete picture of someone’s life—it’s just the highlight reel. We’re spending all this money and emotional energy just to keep up with a life we think everyone else is living and we’re missing out on what’s happening right in front of us. And that is ruining not only our mental health, but our financial security as well.
You can be modest and still recognize your strengths, talents and accomplishments. You don’t have to beat yourself up to be modest. In fact, that’s a pretty unhealthy approach, and it’s one of the biggest dangers of comparison living. The more we compare ourselves to others, the worse we feel about ourselves. That’s a dangerous trap we’ve got to avoid. Try writing down three things you really like about yourself—things you can identify as strengths. Don’t just write “good people skills” like what you’d put on a boring resume. Make them personal!

C.Love your imperfections

Self-confidence is about trusting your judgement and your ability to do something well. It is also about being willing to consider the possibility that you are wrong and change your mind. It is a combination of courage and humility, which leads to open-minded thinking. Low self-confidence, in contrast, will make you feel unmotivated. It often prevents you from doing your best and perhaps from even trying. When you do try, your lack of trust in yourself may ultimately lead you to fail.
1
One of the reasons is the home environment where children grow and develop. They may find it difficult to develop self-confidence if their parents are critical or overprotective. Once they fail to fulfill expectations, they may feel bad about themselves and get trapped in the cage of self-doubt.

D.Social media doesn’t always reflect reality
E.When time is up, step away from social media
