(4)Upon seeing father ready to leave, Rigo barked and wagged its tail fiercely, seeming to express its eagerness to join the search. (5)Along the way, Rigo hung down its head to sniff around. With the distance from the hole getting closer, the dog apparently smelled something familiar.

(2)At home, Rigo raised its whole body on its hind legs, staring at the door, seeming to await the arrival of Johnson. (3)Minutes later, there came another downpour. All of a sudden, Rigo dashed out of the cottage, heading towards the dark. (4)Along the way, Rigo hung down its head to sniff around. With the distance from the hole getting closer, the dog apparently smelled something familiar.
