语篇分析 What: 本课时是一节读写教学课，本课的语篇内容是一封客户对入住过的酒店的评价信。语篇围绕着子话题“A terrible weekend”展开，吴斌斌一家人周末去到一家假日酒店度假，但是酒店的设施，服务，管理都存在着很大的问题，给顾客带来了很差的体验，酒店管家收到评价信立马上报给经理，经理经过深思熟虑后觉得改善酒店的各个方面，希望能得到顾客的好评。Why: 学生通过阅读本篇内容，复习巩固一般过去时动词的规则变化和不规则变化，以及能在恰当的情境中运用过去式谈论发生的事情，同时能了解酒店文化，了解投诉信的基本故事，做一个有责任感的人。How: 本节课分为读、写两部分，围绕着“遇到投诉—找出问题—解决问题”这一主线，按照读前、读中和读后三大步骤设计一系列的阅读任务，让学生读懂文章，提出自己的想法，然后再进行文本重构，然后让学生进行仿写、改写、创写，培养语言的综合运用能力。
教学目标教学重点、难点 在图片的帮助下理解评价信的大意，找出差评的关键信息，完成相关的阅读任务。（学习理解）用正确的语音语调朗读句子和语篇，分析归纳总结差评的原因，并完成Mrs Broom给经理的信件。（应用实践）发现问题，分析问题，处理问题，完成酒店经理给吴家的道歉信并提出合理的改良方案。（迁移创新）

设计意图：本阶段学习活动旨在帮学生在语境中理解学习内容，学习核心词汇和核心语言。学生在教师的指导下看图预测对话内容，在跟读模仿中模仿正确的语音语调，内化语言，为语言输出奠定基础。
