Ask students to answer the questions: Do you often feel stressed out What activities do you like to do to help lower your stress Answer the questions and pay attention to the class. 用视频的形式自然地引出本课的中心话题同时让学生解释自己的压力和解压活动。锻炼的是学生谈论问题的能力。Step 2:Presentation Lead students to read the activities listed in 1a.Show the result of the survey which was finished by students before the class. Let students talk about their findings.Let students work in pairs, and talk about their favorite activities to help lower stress.A: What's your favorite activity to lower your stress B: I like ... best because...
