(3)叉类摆放在左侧,叉齿向上。Place the fork on the left side with the prong upward.二、摆台 Table setting(4) 主餐刀与主餐叉紧邻展示盘放置,也就是放于最内侧。其余餐具依供餐顺序依次往外摆放,最先使用的摆放在最外侧。The main knife and fork are placed next to the display plate, which is the innermost side. The rest of the tableware is placed outwards in order of serving, and the one which will be first used is placed at the outermost side.(5)面包盘、黄油碟摆放在左侧,面包盘中心与装饰盘中心对齐,黄油碟左侧边沿与面包盘中心在一条直线上。The bread and butter dishes are placed on the left side. The center of the bread dish is aligned to the center of the decorative dish. The left edge of the butter dish is in line with the center of the bread dish.(6)黄油刀摆放在面包盘上,横跨于盘子上方,握把朝右、刀刃向下;或放于盘子右侧,刀刃朝左。The butter knife is placed on the bread plate, across the plate. The grip is facing right with the blade downward, or on the right side of the plate with the blade facing left.(7)甜品叉、匙横放于上侧,甜品叉握把朝左,紧邻展示盘;甜品匙握把朝右,置于甜品叉上侧。The dessert fork and spoon are placed horizontally on the upper side.
