导入新课 Step 1:Review 1. Give the standard greeting to welcome students to English class. 2. Ask and answer What is Kim's favourite season? Why What 's the weather like in that season? What 's the temperature in that season? What clothes does she wear during that season? What does her family do during on weekends? 3. Homework check! a.Work In Pairs. (1) Talk about some fun activities you can do during autumn. (2) Then draw a picture and write about your favourite activity. b.Group work. Divide all the class into four groups. Ask the leader of each group to choose one season to do the report. Practise your report in 3 minutes! Present it to all the class! Step 2:Free talk Ask students to talk about their experiences of having a picnic. Greet the teacher. Answer the questions about Lesson 33. Work in pairs and talk about some fun activities. 讲授新课 Step 1:Learn new words Teach students to read the new words correctly. Show the pictures of the words. Let students understand the meaning of the words. Then make sentences with the words. Play a game — Choose the correct picture. Step 2: Fast reading Ask students to read the passage, Circle the phrases in the passage and guess their meaning. Step 3:Listen Let students listen to the tape again and pay attention to the key points of the passage. Step 4:Careful reading Read and answer the questions. Then check the answers. (1)What was the weather like on that day (2) Where did they have a picnic (3) When did it begin to rain Step 5:Learn about the language points .
