学习 目标 知识与能力 1.掌握单词:step, towards, brush, tooth, teeth, organized, mess, develop 短语:get up, spend…doing, make one’s bed, lead the way to, a few times 2.掌握和运用关于生活方式的句型: Know yourself! This is the first step towards success. Take a piece of paper and write down a list of your habits. I brush my teeth three times a day. I drink eight glasses of water a day. I spend too many hours watching TV. 情感态度与价值观 Good habits lead the way to good health and success, develop the students’ good habits and improve themselves.
重点 本课的重点为四会单词及短语，主要通过反复练习来突显。
难点 本课难点为:Spend…on…与spend… (In) doing…的用法，主要通过多举例，让学生去总结句子结构以及反复练习的方式去突破。

导入新课 Step 1：Enjoy a video Play a video and ask students to watch it carefully. Try to understand the meaning of the video. Step 2：Free talk Show a picture of some habits . 讲授新课 Step 1:Learn new words Teach students to read the new words correctly. Show the pictures of the words. Let students understand the meaning of the words. Then make sentences with the words. 2.look and say . Show the words one by one quickly and ask students to speak out the Chinese meaning of the words as soon as quickly. Step 2 :fast reading read the paragraph 1 and 2 answer the questions Step 3:careful reading listen and fill in the blanks Step4:post reading discuss your good habits or bad habits with your classmates Step 5:language points Learn about the language points . (1) brush one's teeth 的意义和用法 enough的用法； make one's bed = make the bed的用法 There be 句型. 的用法 Step 6: let’s do it 1. Read the lesson and fill in the blanks. 2.Listen to the statements and match the people with the habits. Then draw for good habits or for bad habits. 3. Fill in the blanks with the phrases in the box. 4.Work in pairs. Do you know yourself Talk about your habits. Make a list of your good habits and a list of your bad habits. Talk about them.
