教学重点： 掌握一些与位置、方向有关的词汇：this,point,up,down,left,right 掌握介绍方向的句型：The store is east of the school. North points up on a map. 教学难点：激发学生兴趣，让学生运用所学知识到实际生活情景中
教学过程
Step 1:Leading in Show a road map, let the students know the direction preliminary in the way of group discussion, attract students' interest, and then introduce the lesson. Step 2:Listening Listen to the tape and fill in the blanks with the correct words you hear.

Read the text and summarize how to introduce directions.Next, carry out the expansion exercise to show a part of the world map, and let the students describe the location of each country with the summarized sentence patterns.
