Step 1 Leading-in (3 mins) Show a photo of my family to the students and introduce my family members. Teacher: Here is a photo of my family. There are four people in my family. This is my husband, Mr. Wang. His hobby is reading. The boy is my son. He likes playing sports. This is me. I am a teacher and I enjoy talking with my students. The little girl is my daughter. She is only three years old, but she likes collecting toy dinosaurs. We have a dinosaur friend—Danny. What’s Danny’s hobby Let’s turn to Lesson 39: Danny’s hobby. Look at the picture first. The teacher introduces her family and the students get the topic today.
