Six students from Beijing 101 Middle School looked deeper at this question and wrote a proposal(提案)to the China Youth Model Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference(全国青少年模拟政协活动). They advised to build more old people's service stations in the neighborhood. They also gave suggestions about how governments, neighborhoods and hospitals can work together to make this happen.

A strong heatwave has hit India and Pakistan, with the hottest and driest weather seen in 122 years! India’s government has shut down or closed schools early for summer break and announced a warning of “bad heatwave conditions” for the upcoming weeks. Both countries also saw other alarming side effects such as strong fires, agricultural failure, and even risks of flooding.
While heatwaves are not uncommon in the area, they usually happen in May and are followed closely by the monsoon (季风) season. However, this year, the heatwaves started two months earlier, with no rain in sight. On another front, a combination of the La Nina weather pattern and warm waves from the Arctic has caused a high-pressure system that is causing hot, dry air to sink and stay in place. This is similar to the pressure pattern that caused fires in western US and Canada last year.
In India and Pakistan, heatwaves have already caused deaths. As high temperatures continue throughout the nighttime, it makes it hard for the human body to cool down. High temperatures have also caused a drop in the agricultural yields (产量) for farmers. As people continue to try to beat the heat, scientists are worried that the situation only seems to be growing worse. However, as monsoon season approaches, there is hope that the rain will end the seemingly endless periods of heat.
70. What bad results can heatwaves cause

A. ①②③④ B. ②③④⑤ C. ①②④⑤ D.①③④⑤
