资源简介 Unit9SectionB Sad but beautiful阅读课说课 2023-2024学年人教版英语九年级全册Good afternoon, dear judges.My presentation consists of 5 parts,Analysis of Teaching Material and Students,Learning Objectives,Teaching approaches and Highlights,Teaching Procedures, and Blackboard Design.The first part ,Analysis of Teaching Material and studentsThe teaching material is from Unit9 I like music that I can dance to. for students in Grade 9. The category of this unit is human and society. The theme of this unit is to appreciate the beauty of Chinese and foreign art and spread Chinese culture. Period6 is about Abing’s music, hard life and his great achievements. This period continue to input the target language and lay a foundation for writing.We analyze the text through What, Why, How.We use the KWL principle to analyze the students.The second part, Learning ObjectivesThrough this lesson, students should be able to obtain Abing’s information and use reading strategy to sort out main idea and supporting details.Then students should be able to feel Abing's love and never-give-up spirit for music. At last,students should be able to encourage themselves to persist in what they love, giving themselves the courage in hard time.Based on analysis of discourse and students, the main line of the text is "Meet Abing, know Abing, admire Abing", these three links reflect the integrity of this lesson. Then we design nine activities, which contain these target languages. In order to cultivate learning ability, we apply these learning strategies. We can prove that students have the awareness of trying to improve English learning efficiency by observing students' behavior feedback.And our highlights of teaching design are as follows: first, target language learning under the thematic situation; second, grouped text reading for comparison of Chinese and foreign cultures; third, evaluation aimed at cultivating learning ability.P24 Before this class, students can identify their learning needs by finishing a survey report. The teacher present the data and the mistakes made by students.P25 The first link is meet Abing. This is activity1 Students develop their interest in Chinese folk musicians by watching videos .P26 In activity2,Students make predictions by observing the picture and develop curiosity about Abing.P27 Then the second link is know Abing. In activity3,Students need to scan the text quickly, obtain key words and process them into an ID card of Abing.P28 In activity4,Firstly, students maintain their interest in this lesson by enjoying "The Moon Reflected on the Second Spring".Secondly, students understand the new word “reflect” by observing the picture, and learn new words by finding the rules of part-of-speech changes based on their prior knowledge.P29 In activity5. Step 1.Students explore the relationship between the main idea and supporting details through this picture,then students can understand the reading strategy . Under the guidance of the teacher, students use the strategy to find correct answers.P30 In step2.students need to use reading strategy to find the answers and check them with their partners to test whether they can master the strategy or not. Students learn the key word "perform" while the teacher introduce the historical background.P31 In step 3, Ss listen to erquanyingyue and retell Abing’s life in the first person with the help of the mind map they made in their groups. In this way, Ss can truly feel the sadness and pain in Abing’s life. This step reflects the openness of this lessonP32 In step 4, Ss learn the new words based on the picture and what they already know,P33 In step 5, Ss find supporting details by themselves to check if they master the strategy. Finishing these steps of finding the main idea and supporting ideas reflects the constructiveness of this lessonP34 In activity 6, Ss analyze the part of speech in some blanks first, then complete the summary to consolidate what they learn,P35 In activity 7, Ss translate the title to appreciate the beauty of language. Students deeply understand Abing's spirit by analyzing and appreciating the title.This step reflects the openness of this lessonP36 the third link is admire Abing. In activity 8. Abing is known as Chinese Beethoven. So Ss complete a passage about Beethoven to check the target language in this class.P37 In activity 9, Through the lesson on Abing and Beethoven, students should realize that a loved thing can give people great courage. So Ss write a letter to themselves if they are in a bad situation in the future. In this way, they can have a more deeply understanding of the spirits they learn from Abing and Beethoven. Besides, they can also realize what they love can take them through the hard time.This step reflects the openness of this lessonP38 here is the homework. Must-do homework is to design a poster to introduce Abing and Beethoven with attributive clauses. This way is both interesting and can help students check if they master the target language or not.Can-do homework is to try to play a part of Erquan Yingyue on the musical instrument they have and make a video. This way can make the impact of this lesson last longer.P39 this is our blackboard design.Firstly, we use the picture of erhu to draw the mind map of this lesson, showing the main ideas of the three paragraphs and the key points mentioned in the text.
