问路的句型:

①go/come along “一起去/来” ②get along “进展；相处”
③all along “一直，自始至终”④ along with sb./sth.“与某人/物一起”
across 介词，（从表面）“越过；横过等”，常与go,walk,run,swim等动词连用，接road,street,bridge,river等。
cross 动词，（从表面）“越过；横过；渡过”，后面直接接road,street,bridge,river等。
through 介词，“穿过”，强调从内部“穿过；透过”，后面接window,forest,city等。
over 介词，从上方“越过”，后面接wall,fence(篱笆)，mountain等。
across & cross & through & over
常见turn表达：
(1)turn left/right=turn to the left/right向左/右转
(2)turn green/yellow 变成绿色/黄色
(3)turn to sb. for help 向某人寻求帮助

(5)turn around 转身
(6)turn on/off 打开/关闭（灯或家用电器等）
(7)turn up/down 调大音量；出现/调小音量；（委婉）拒绝。
(8)It’s one’s turn to do sth.【turn是名词，表示“（依次轮到的）机会”】 轮到某人做某事了。
(9) turn left at the third street on the left在第三大街左转左手边
(10) on the left/on the right of...在……的左边/右边=on one’s left /on one’s right
(11) ask for the way to the National Stadium询问去国家体育场的路
Walk there/home步行去那里/回家 go for a walk去散步
①Opposite the bank=across from the bank银行对面 be opposite to和……相对
②“对面的，相反的”，on the opposite side of the road“在路对面”。
the opposite of...的反义词/对立面

get to=arrive in(大地方)/arrive at (小地方)=reach 到达

look forward to doing sth.期望做某事 pay attention to doing sth.注意做某事
be famous for“因为……而出名”。后跟出名的原因。China is famous for the Great Wall.中国因为长城而出名。
be famous as“作为……而出名”。后跟职业等。Liu Yang is famous as an astronaut.刘洋作为一名宇航员而出名。
be famous to “为......熟知” He is famous to people all over China.他文明全国。
way用法:
①the best way to do sth.=the best way of doing sth. 做某事的最好方法
②lose one’s way=get lost迷路 ③show sb. the way to sp.给某人指出去某地的路
④on the way to some place在去某地的路上;⑤by the way顺便说⑥in the way挡道
on a clear day 在晴朗的一天 clear adj.?晴朗的,清晰的It’s a clear day today. clearly adv. 清晰地
in the middle of =in the centre of ...在……的中间
a famous museum (with lots of famous paintings).一个收藏了很多名画的著名博物馆。
with 介词，“带有...的”, with lots of famous paintings 介词短语作后置定语，修饰前面的a famous museum。
get off 下车反义词组:get on上车
v.+off构成的短语: take off脱掉,起飞;turn off关上; keep off不让……进入;fall off从……摔下来;
Have a day off请假一天 ;set off出发,动身。
tell sb.sth.=tell sth .to sb. 告诉某人某事 tell stories=tell a story讲故事
tell sb. to do sth ./tell sb .not to do sth . 告诉某人做某事,/告诉某人不做某事
ask sb. to do sth /ask sb. not to do sth 要求某人(不)要做某事
learn常见表达：

“四大旅行”知多少
（1）tour n.“(短期的)参观，游览；（以观光为目的的）旅行”&v.“周游，观光”。
①tour（名词）of London= tour(动) London 伦敦游/游览伦敦 ②tourist n.“游客”，相当于visitor,traveller。
trip n.“一般指（短途）旅行”，a trip to the zoo动物园之行。
travel n.& v.“（所有）旅行（的总称）”travel(动词) to London 去伦敦旅游。
journey n.“一般指（长途）旅行”。 Journey to the West 《西游记》
