As far as I'm concerned, I form good eating habits. First, I eat vegetables and fruit. I don't have too much meat or sugar. Second, it's important for us to have enough sleep. So I plan my time carefully so that I can go to bed early and get up early. Last but not least, I often do some exercise in the morning, like running for an hour. I think it is good to build up my mind.

作文2:Healthy living by running
I was weak after a long illness, so I wanted to exercise more. With the doctor's suggestion, I started running.
In fact, I didn't enjoy running and I felt awful after it. My legs hurt and I was hot all over. But I knew I had to keep it to be healthy. After two months, while running I became less tired and I could put more energy into my study and life.
To my surprise, running has become part of my life. Now I feel healthy and happy. My life is quite different.

Health is important to everyone, and I choose running to keep healthy. It is a common way of exercise, but it is meaningful for me.
I used to be so weak that I was always out of breath after going upstairs. Then I decided to get some exercise by running on the playground every morning before class. At first my legs hurt after running about 800 m, but I didn't give up. Little by little, I got used to it and I could run 3,000 m easily. I don't feel tired easily now. I have also become stronger. Now I have got into the habit of running every day.
In a word, running not only keeps me healthy, but also teaches me to face difficulties bravely.
