语篇研读 本语篇主题是卡通，属于“人与社会”范畴，涉及“中外影视等艺术形式中的文化价值和作品赏析、跨文化沟通与交流，语言与文化以及身份认同和文化自信”。 What: 本语篇是围绕中外卡通的英雄形象展开的说明性散文。 Why: 本语篇的写作目的是引导学生学习如何描述自己喜欢的卡通形象，引导启发学生，学习他们的优秀品质。 How: 本语篇一共四个自然段，分别介绍了四个比较有代表性的卡通英雄人物。作者在介绍卡通形象时，运用了大量形容词和词块儿：ugly,brave, clever,humorous，make a terrible mess等；涉及到的时态有一般现在时，一般过去时和现在完成时。
学情 分析 已有经验： 卡通动画”作为一个永不衰竭的话题，其趣味性深深吸引着学生。对于这个话题，学生会觉得有话可说；对于其中的动画形象，学生也不会觉得陌生。通过前面的学习积累，八年级学生掌握了一般现在时、一般过去时和现在完成时的运用，但在本课学习时，由于时态交叉出现，部分学生可能会觉得比较混乱。 未知领域： 学生脑海中没有描述卡通人物的思维框架。 困难障碍： 学生如何根据本语篇给出的内容，建立描述卡通人物的思维框架； 时态交叉出现时，学生的阅读理解难度也有所增加。 突破措施: 在阅读任务中练习突破。
学习 目标 通过本课时学习，学生能够： 1.在语境中理解并认读下列词汇及短语：ugly, lead, clever, expect, invent, create, satisfy, ever since. 2.运用skimming等阅读技巧找出文章中心大意和每一段的段落大意。 3.运用careful reading等阅读技巧从文章中找出细节信息。 4.借助提示，完成课文复述。 5.通过学习，感受不同国家的文化、尊重文化差异；并学习卡通英雄的优秀品质。
评价任务 评价标准
