通常情况下，提供托婴服务时，应注意以下几点：
(1)客人需要提供托婴服务时，请客人提前三小时与房务中心联系，并由房务中心请
客人填写一张《托婴服务申请表》；
(2)详细核对客人所填表格，了解有关婴儿的生活习惯，是否有特殊要求等；
(3)当值经理根据婴儿的性别、年龄情况安排适合人员提供看护服务；
(4)看护人员要按时抵达看护地点，并留意客人的有关吩咐；
(5)服务中看护人员务必小心谨慎，不能离开小孩，不能随意给小孩吃东西，不让小
孩接近容易碰伤的东西，不能把小孩带离指定的地点。

A variety of personalized services are provided in many star-rated hotels.
Babysitting service is one of them. Generally, the following should be noted
when providing babysitting service:
(1) When babysitting service is needed, the guest should contact with the service center three hours in advance. And the guest is requested to fill in a “Babysitting Service Form”.
(2) The working staff should check the information carefully with the guest, and get to know the baby’s habit and special requirements.
(3) The manager on duty should arrange for a proper babysitter to provide service according to the age and sex of the children.
(4) The babysitter should arrive on time and take notice of the guest’s requirements
(5) The babysitter cannot leave the children alone during the duty time. He/she cannot feed the children without permission. The children should be kept away from danger. And they cannot be taken away from the designated places either.
