R: Yes, we have a special rate for group reservation. We’ll give you 30% off.
G: That’s great! I confirm the reservation then. My name is Wang Qiang.

Main points of the text:
The Reservations Department usually becomes their first contact with the hotel.
Requests for reservations are received at the hotel through different means - by telephone, fax, letter, email or by the guest in person. Pubs often have interesting old games that in some way reflect British history.
Hotels generally accept two types of reservations: non-guaranteed and guaranteed. .
All activities of the Reservations Department require its working closely and cooperating with every other department of the hotel. .
