客房服务员与宾客的接触非常有限。客人可要求服务员在特定的时间整理客房，也可以表示他根本不希望受到干扰。几乎所有的饭店都备有标记牌，客人在上述任何一种情况下，可将牌子挂在门外把手上。此外，客人还可向客房服务员索要客房部供应的各种物品，如火柴、熨斗、备用枕头等。在有些饭店，客房服务员负责收送客人要洗涤的衣服。许多饭店还为客人提供晚床服务，即客房服务员晚上把客人的被子掀开铺好，方便客人休息。

Answer to translation for reference
Room attendants have limited chance to communicate with guests. The guests could require the room attendants to clean up rooms at certain time or they can express that they don’t want to be bothered. Nearly all the hotels are equipped with DND card or clean the Room card. The guest can hang the cards on the handles of the door in the above cases. Besides, the guests can ask the room attendants to offer variety of items, such as matches, irons spare pillows. In some hotels, room attendants are responsible for sending and receiving the guests’ clothes which need to be washed. They also supply turn down service that is, the room attendants make the quilt easy to sleep for the guest.
