(1)The tour guide should first of all try to find an excuse to refuse in a tactful way.
(2) When it is impossible to turn down the request, he should report to his superior and ask for instructions.

(3) Next, he should get enough money from the tourist for purchase and delivery. When the delivery is made, he should post the original copies of the consignment bill and the receipt of
