Franchising
特许经营：指特许经营权拥有者以合同约定的形式，允许被特许经营者有偿使用其名称、商标、专有技术、产品及运作管理经验等从事经营活动的商业经营模式。特许经营用来表示以一种特殊形式经营的商业，目前在国内是一个比较新的商业模式概念。最早在中世纪的英国，特许权专指英国国王的特权或指国王授予某些人的特权。到了19世纪中后期，特许权一词运用到商业上，便产生了新的含义。从此，特许经营作为一种全新的商业经营管理模式以其蓬勃的生机在全世界范围内开始生根发芽，并进一步获取了骄人的商业奇迹。

operating costs营业成本：指企业所销售商品或者所提供劳务的成本。营业成本应当与所销售商品或者所提供劳务而取得的收入进行配比。营业成本又分为主营业务成本和其他业务成本，它们是与主营业务收入和其他业务收入相对应的一组概念。
unit cost 单位成本：指生产单位产品而平均耗费的成本，一般只要将总成本除以总产量便能得到。单位成本是将总成本按不同消耗水平摊给单位产品的费用，它反映同类产品的费用水平。

fixed costs 固定成本（又称固定费用）：相对于变动成本，是指其总额在一定时期和一定业务量范围内，不受业务量增减变动影响而能保持不变的成本。固定成本的特征在于它在一定时间范围和业务量范围内其总额维持不变，但是，相对于单位业务量而言，单位业务量所分摊（负担）的固定成本与业务量的增减成反向变动。
royalty income特权收益,版税收入：图书出版合同，戏剧上演、唱片发行等合同中均采用“稿酬”形式向作者(或其他著作权人)支付报酬，这种收入就叫版税收入。
