Brief Introduction to Fujian Province
Position It is located on the southeast coast of China, facing the island province of Taiwan across Taiwan Strait to the east.
Area It occupies an area of around 124 000 square kilometers.
Population It has a population of 36 894 216 in 2010.
Climate It has a sub-tropical climate, warm and humid, with no distinctive difference between seasons.

Brief Introduction to Fujian Province
Fujian Province is located on the southeast coast of China, facing the island province of Taiwan across Taiwan Strait to the east. It occupies an area of around 124 000 square kilometers and has a population of 36 894 216 in 2010. Fujian is also a major hometown of overseas Chinese. Fujian has a sub-tropical climate, warm and humid, with no distinctive difference between seasons. The tourist attractions include the Yongquan Temple in the city of Fuzhou, Zhangzhou’s Nanshan Temple, Meizhou Island, the Kaiyuan Temple of Quanzhou, the Gulangyu Island in Xiamen and Mount Wuyi.
Fujian is also a place where famous national heroes like Lin Zexu and Zheng Chenggong Lived and won their seats of honor in history.

Consult with the tour leader or the tourists and settle on the time of leaving the hotel, wake-up call and check-out.

Pay the bill or settle the accounts ahead of time and remind the guests to settle their own extra sales accounts.
Collect the room keys and hand them in to the receptionist. Remind the guests to check their luggage again.
Lead the guests to get on the coach and count heads.

Ancient Chinese bridges can be classified into four categories according to the structure and appearance:
beam bridge
arch bridge
cable suspension bridge
floating bridge
Chinese bridges cross over mountains, span rivers, facilitate transportation and beautify landscapes. Ancient Chinese bridges are of great artistic value. They are the marks of ancient Chinese civilization and enjoy high prestige in the bridge history of both the East and the West.

Anping Bridge is a stone beam bridge in China’s Fujian Province spanning the bay between Jinjiang County and Nanan County.
The construction began in 1138AD during the Southern Song Dynasty and was not completed until 1151AD.
Anping Bridge has the length of 2 255 meters and width of 3~3.8 meters. It was originally called Wu Li Bridge because its length was approximately 5 li.

Anping Bridge consists of 331 spans of granite beams resting on top of stone piers, with the largest beam weighing 25 tons, decorated with stone parapets, stone generals and lions.
Originally it had five pavilions named Shuixin (in the water) Pavilion, Lou (building) Pavilion , Zhong (middle) Pavilion, Guan (authority) Pavilion and Yu (rain) Pavilion, where travelers could rest. However, only Shuixin Pavilion still exists.
As the longest bridge in China before 1905, Anping Bridge enjoyed a high reputation for its unparalleled span.
It is a nationally protected historic site registered by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage.
