二、重点语法
形容词和副词的比较级和最高级
1.比较级和最高级的构成
单音节词和部分双音节词 一般在词尾加－er或－est
以e结尾的词，在词尾加－er或－est
重读闭音节词词尾只有一个辅音字母时，先双写该辅音字母，再加－er或－est
以“辅音字母+y”结尾的双音节词，先把“y”改为“i”，再加－er或－est
多音节词和部分双音节词 在词前加more或most
不规则变化

2.原级的用法：
表示修饰两种事物的程度是一样的，用“as+形容词或副词的原级+as”意为“和……一样”
表示一方在某一方面不及另一方时用“not as/so+形容词或副词原级+as”结构，相当于less...than,意为“如……”。
原级前用very, pretty, rather, quite等词修饰表程度。
3.比较级的用法：
表示两者比较的常用结构（Ａ和Ｂ比较）A+动词+形容词/副词的比较级+than+B
“比较级+and+比较级”“越来越……”多音节的比较级用“more and more+原级”形式
“Which/ Who +动词+比较级…？”比较A，B两事物 ，问其中“哪一个较……”时用此句型。
“the +比较级，the +比较级”表示“越……就越……”
比较级表达最高级：
比较级+than+any other+单数名词，表示“比其他任何一个……更……”。
比较级+than+any+单数名词
比较级+than+the other+复数名词
注意：在形容词比较级前还可以用much, even, far, a little, a lot来修饰，表示比较的。This city is much more beautiful than before.
4.最高级的用法：
表示三者或三者以上（人或物）的比较，“动词+最高级+of/ in短语”，形容词最高级前要加the，副词最高级前的the可以省略。
