1.应用文的写作特点
应用文是人们日常生活中广泛使用的文体。它最突出的特点是它的实际应用性，应用文包括很广，如书信、通知、日记、海报、便条、启事、请柬、电报、合同等。应用文写作除了注重规范语言，重在实用，力求朴实、准确、简洁外，还注重一定的格式。
启事是一种公告式的应用文。团体或个人如有什么事情要向大家公开说明或对公众有什么要求，可将要说的话写成启事，张贴在布告栏上或登在报刊上。启事使用的范围很广，常见的有寻物启事、招领启事和招聘启事等。
（1）寻物启事（LOST）
寻物启事的写作通常在正文上方的正中位置写上LOST（每个字母都大写），正文部分要详细写明丢失何物，该物有何特征，大约在何时何地丢失，如何联系失主，同时写上失主的姓名或单位等。
（2）失物招领启事（FOUND）
失物招领启事即拾到某物的人告知公众，以便丢失者前来认领。失物招领启事的写作格式除了正文上方正中位置要写上FOUND（每个字母都大写）外，其他部分和寻物启事相似，但对物体的描述不宜详细，以防他人冒领。
（3）招聘启事
招聘启事的写作通常在正文上方的正中位置写上“职业+Wanted”，正文部分一般简明扼要地写明岗位需求的条件，工作时间和报酬，招聘单位或部门的联系方式等。
