Some keep their eyes too close to the books while reading and others often read in poor light. Being nearsighted brings much trouble to our life and study. If we are nearsighted, we can’t see the blackboard clearly, which may reduce our learning efficiency. Besides, it’s inconvenient for us to wear glasses when we are in a swimming pool or a bathroom. Therefore, it’s important to protect our eyes. First, we shouldn’t study for hours without breaks and limit the screen time.
