一、告知信
【第一部分 必备句式】
（一）表明目的
1. How are you doing I am writing to share with you some details/tell you some relevant information.
你最近好吗？我写信想和你分享一些细节/告诉你一些相关信息。

二、求助信
【第一部分 必备句式】
（一）表明目的
1. I'm writing to ask you for some help/to do me a favor/to give me a hand.
我写信是想向你求助。
