倡议书
倡议书是由个人或组织发出倡导做某事的应用文，常涉及公益功德方面的主题。有称呼和落款。
1 倡议书是个人或集体提议某种做法、倡议某种活动的开展，并希望能够得到广泛响应，有更多的人来参与和支持的应用文。
2 倡议书必须将语言建立在客观事实的基础上，讲究可信性和劝说性。
3 倡议书的格式较为固定，依次为标题、称呼、正文、结尾、署名和日期。
写作框架
1 呈现问题，表明倡议目的
2 倡议的意义、理由和内容
3 再次发出倡议
写作思路：
1.引入话题和提出倡议目的，说明倡议的背景；现状如何，你要呼吁大家干什么，不干什么
2.倡议的内容；有理有据有顺序地说明自己倡议的具体措施
3. 发出呼吁。再次呼吁大家，唤醒公众的责任主体意识与行动意识，内化于心，外化于行。
二、倡议书可用句式：
